Who we are

Information we use

For an account, we use your email address and account identifier. Google sign-in can also provide your name and profile image. If you choose to use the planning tools, we store the profile details, food preferences, goals, optional body measurements, meal plans, diary entries, coach messages, shopping progress and coin history you provide or create. We also process basic technical and security information needed to run the website.

Please do not put diagnoses or medical records in free-text fields. Nutrition and allergy information can be sensitive; only enter details you want used to create your menu.

Why we use it

We use account details to sign you in and protect your account; your food and profile details to create and save menus, show your diary and answer coach questions; and coin records to show balances and prevent duplicate charges. Technical records help us keep the service secure and diagnose failures. We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising.

AI and service providers

Cloudflare Workers and D1 run and store the website’s application data, including email sign-in records and sessions. Resend delivers account confirmation and recovery messages. Google supplies Google sign-in. Supabase previously handled email sign-in; a temporary legacy copy may be retained during migration and recovery. Relevant meal-planning inputs and coach questions are sent to DeepSeek to generate answers; do not share information in those fields that you do not want processed by that provider. Stripe processes one-time coin purchases and payment records. These providers may process data in different countries under their own infrastructure and contractual terms.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics” on our public landing page, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits to that page. We send the landing-page address and title, plus approved campaign labels in links from our social accounts when present. We do not send other URL parameters, account details, food preferences, body measurements, menus, diary or coach messages. We do not enable Google Analytics advertising signals or enhanced measurement. If you decline, we do not load its tag. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” on the landing page. Storage and your choices

Account and planning data is kept while your account is active, unless it needs to be retained longer for security, transaction records or legal requirements. Browser storage and necessary session cookies keep you signed in and remember display preferences. Browser storage also remembers your optional analytics choice. You can change many profile details in Settings. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before acting on it.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal data, object to certain uses, and complain to a data-protection authority.
