Using Green Plan
Green Plan helps you organize meals, recipes, a shopping list, a food diary and AI coach conversations. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Do not use the service to interfere with other accounts or systems.
Nutrition and health
AI-generated menus and nutrition figures are estimates. Green Plan does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any medical condition, and it does not guarantee weight or health outcomes. Check ingredients, allergens and quantities yourself. If a clinician has given you dietary instructions, follow those instructions and seek their advice before relying on a menu.
Coins and payments
Green Plan offers one-time coin packs; it does not currently offer a recurring subscription. The pack price and number of coins are shown before you confirm payment through Stripe. The service shows the coin cost of a menu before you choose to generate it. Promotional coins may be granted once per eligible account. Coins are for Green Plan features and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation and a refund of a coin-pack purchase within 14 days of payment by emailing supportprojectdesk@gmail.com with the account email and purchase date. We refund eligible purchases to the original payment method and reverse the coins issued for that purchase. If those coins have already been spent, the balance may become negative and new paid generations will be unavailable until it is restored. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law. If a payment was unauthorized, a menu was not delivered, or a product was faulty, contact us so we can review it promptly.
Availability and changes
We may change or pause features to fix problems or improve the service. We will update these terms when material service or payment rules change. You may stop using the website and contact us about account deletion.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
