Day one: choose an easy starting point
Start with a breakfast and lunch you can prepare using familiar ingredients, then choose a dinner that matches your available time. Group ingredients shared by meals so your shopping list stays short. If you plan leftovers, check how you will store them.
Day two: reuse without repeating everything
Carry forward one or two ingredients, not necessarily the whole dish. Greens left from a salad might become part of another meal; a protein can be cooked in a different way. Keep a fallback meal in mind if your schedule changes.
Before you generate
Green Plan charges the current 45-coin menu cost for either a two-day or a seven-day menu. Review that price and your selections before confirming. After generation, check ingredients, allergens, portions and estimated nutrition yourself.
