Build a flexible rotation
Choose a few simple breakfasts, two or three main-meal patterns and room for a quicker day. Repeating a useful ingredient can save shopping time, while varying recipes helps avoid a monotonous week. Decide in advance which meals you might swap.
Shop with the week in mind
Combine ingredients from all seven days, then check what will keep well and what needs to be bought later. Fresh produce, frozen items and pantry staples have different storage needs. Adjust quantities to the actual number of people and portions.
Review the next week separately
A seven-day plan is not a promise of a particular weight change. Use your experience to decide whether the next menu needs different meals, cooking times or exclusions. A new generation is a separate action with its coin cost shown before confirmation.
