What to decide before generating
Pick your time horizon, meal count, foods you avoid, available cooking time and whether you want familiar meals. Green Plan currently creates menus for 2–7 days. It can gather recipe ingredients into a shopping list, so choices made up front affect both cooking and buying.
What to check afterward
Read the recipe ingredients, portions and estimated nutrition. Check any allergen or clinician-prescribed restriction yourself. A keto-style lower-carb menu is not the same as a medically supervised ketogenic diet, and AI-generated nutrition is approximate.
Use short plans as a cycle
Cook the meals that fit, log what you ate if useful, and note dishes you want less often. When you are ready, create a new menu for the next few days rather than treating the first plan as a fixed long-term prescription.
